The same can be said for the hop variety withthe same name. It's a hop with rather uniquecharacteristics. Nothing bold and forward, but just as the Sasquatch it hides itself subtly between the malt flavors, only to appear when you expect it the least.
Based on a wild Canadian variety firstfound in Pemberton, British Columbia, Sasquatch is Canada's first homegrownhop plant. It's a hop with orange, tea, lemon citrus notes. One of the main reasons it was called Sasquatch is due to the rugged mountain terrain that it was found in as well as the massive hop cones that Sasquatch produces.
This single hop beer is brewed as a tribute to the road trip we did through British Columbia in 2021.
