This beer fulfills a long-cherished dream of ours: aging a beer on a virgin American Oak Barrel.

Unlike French oak, American / white oak barrels are hard to come by in small sizes and are very expensive.

But we managed to get hold of one and filled it with our Base: Black stout.

After almost 9 months we bottled it and the result is this imperial stout, loaded with American Oak flavor and

tannins.
